Who sets everything up?

You do, from the dashboard. The process is guided step by step and each section has an explanatory video. If something is unclear, the team is available — you are not left alone.

Does my team need to learn anything new?

The agent works on the channels for them: it answers WhatsApp and handles calls. The dashboard is for you and whoever manages the venue, not for the floor team.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, from the dashboard. If your volume goes up or down, you move between Starter, Professional and Operations and the change applies from the next billing cycle. Custom plans we coordinate directly.

Can I cancel?

Standard plans renew monthly: you stop renewal whenever you like from the dashboard or by email, respecting the period already invoiced. Custom contracts include a minimum term, which we always put in writing before you sign.

Are WhatsApp / Meta charges billed separately?

Yes. Meta bills network usage directly to your Meta Business account — template messages, conversations and similar. Your NYCRIS subscription covers the platform and the plan quotas.

How does the trial work?

7 days free on any plan, straight from signup and no card required. The demo is optional: for specific questions, a tailored quote or a session with the team.

What if my reservation provider is not supported?

You can use NYCRIS reservations so the AI and your team work from a single source in the dashboard when an external provider is not connected.

Does NYCRIS publish on social media for me?

No. The Meta add-on gives you post-performance insights and content recommendations. You decide what to publish and when.

How do you protect my data?

We handle data with EU-first practices. Privacy and GDPR documentation is published on the site. The dashboard is built for traceability and role-based control.

What happens if I exceed my quota?

The dashboard alerts you before you hit the limit. If you want to keep going, you turn on usage-based billing from the same panel. You never get charged without seeing it first.

Is there help if I get stuck?

Yes. Each dashboard section has an explanatory video, the blog has practical product and operations articles, and the team is available if something specific comes up.
