The founders
Cristian Álvarez
Co-founder and CEO
More than 10 years building systems that solve operational problems.
He started in web development (Qué Código, 2015–2021) and scaled to more than 50 projects in parallel. He learned that execution without business clarity does not scale.
He then ran a scaled business (Loro Musical, 2022–2024): more than 110 artists, complex contracts and teams. He learned that money flows when operations are clear.
Today he leads NYCRIS: agents, digital product and operations for SMEs.
Nicolai Pellarini
Co-founder and COO
Venezuelan with over ten years in hospitality. A sector that gave him a deep passion for service, leadership and teamwork.
He also built a strong track record in sales: effective communication, negotiation, client management and relationships built on trust and commitment.
Passionate about personal and professional growth, always open to new challenges and learning.
As a cook at heart, he loves to travel and discover cultures: every experience and every place has a story to tell.
He lives in Valencia, Spain. Today he leads operations at NYCRIS.
