Co-founder & CEO

10+ years building systems that solve operational problems.

Started in web development (Qué Código, 2015–2021), scaling to 50+ projects at once. He learned that execution without business clarity does not scale.

Then he ran a business at scale (Loro Musical, 2022–2024): 110+ artists, complex contracts and teams. He learned that money flows when operations are clear.

Today he leads NYCRIS: technology that understands hospitality and removes the chaos from the floor.

Nicolas Pellarini

Co-founder & COO

Venezuelan with over ten years in hospitality. A sector that gave him a deep passion for service, leadership and teamwork.

He also built a strong track record in sales: effective communication, negotiation, client management and relationships built on trust and commitment.

Passionate about personal and professional growth, always open to new challenges and learning.

As a cook at heart, he loves to travel and discover cultures: every experience and every place has a story to tell.

He lives in Valencia, Spain. He faces this chapter with determination and enthusiasm, convinced that effort, perseverance and passion unlock big goals. Today he leads operations at NYCRIS.
