2. Purpose

This notice governs access to and use of nycris.com (the «Site»), owned by Cristian David Alvarez Martinez, trading as NYCRIS. Access implies acceptance of this notice, without prejudice to particular terms of a commissioned engagement.

NYCRIS provides professional design, development and implantation services (voice and messaging agents, websites, search, managed cloud and custom software). The Site is informational and commercial. Engagements are governed by the accepted proposal and the Terms.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You must not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or modify content without prior written permission.
• Introduce malware or systems that could damage the Site or third-party systems.
• Infringe intellectual or industrial property rights.
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to harm the owner or third parties.

The owner may deny or withdraw access without notice if these conditions are breached.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All Site content is owned by the owner or licensors and protected by Spanish and international law. Exploitation without prior written authorisation is forbidden except where the law allows it.

NYCRIS and associated signs belong to the owner or licensors.

5. Liability

The owner does not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free content, but will take reasonable steps to keep the Site working.

The owner is not liable for misuse by the user, third-party sites linked from the Site, or interruptions caused by force majeure, scheduled maintenance or third parties beyond reasonable control.

Professional engagements are governed by the Terms and Privacy Policy.

6. Links

The Site may link to third-party sites. The owner does not control their content or policies. Access is at your own risk.

8. Law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Consumer disputes follow mandatory consumer venue rules; other disputes (including B2B) are submitted to the courts of Valencia, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
