Can I cancel?

Standard plans renew monthly: you stop renewal whenever you like from the dashboard or by email, respecting the period already invoiced. Custom contracts include a minimum term, which we always put in writing before you sign.

Are WhatsApp / Meta charges billed separately?

Yes. Meta bills network usage directly to your Meta Business account — template messages, conversations and similar. Your NYCRIS subscription covers the platform and the plan quotas.
